4. PE pipe production line adopts specially designed multistratum controlled vacuum degree of vacuum sizing tank, guarantee the stability of HDPE, PP pipe size and roundness. Extruder, tractor adopts imported famous brand for governor and control system, good stability, high precision and high reliability.
5. PE pipe production line operation is controlled by Siemens PLC and good man - machine interface, all process parameters can be controled by the touch screen and display.
Production line process
